Pollution License

Every industry is required to take the Pollution license for the state Pollution Board before establishing the unit. Many of other apporval depends also on Pollution NOC.

Type of registration required

1. Consent to Establish(CTE)

2. Consent to Operate(CTO)

Type of catogries

1.Red Catogory: Industry with pollution Index score of 60 or Higher

2.Orange Catogory: Industry with pollution Index score of 41 to 59. 

3.Green Catogory: Industry with pollution Index score of 21 to 40.

4.White Catogory: Industry with pollution Index score of 20 or Lower.
