What is NGO:
NGO is a team for an orgnisation that is neither a part of a government nor a conventional for profit business.

How do i chose to start a type of NGO?

Trust
1.Private
2.Charitable
3.Religious

When do i set up a trust: 
1.Mohan want to earmark all the income from his property for a cause he shuold start a trust.
2. Shyam want to start an NGO within a Week he should start or register a trust.
3.Chepest

Disadvantage:
1.Limited to only one state(State wise registration).
2.Difficult to obtain 80G/12A Exemption.

Society
1.Shanker is a chairman of an apartment society. He should register a society
2.Ganesh Want flexibality in changing the objectives of his NGO
3.Many member u have.

Disadvantage
1.More expensive. 
2.Difficut to form a national society.

Section 8 Company
When?
1. Ram needs 80G and 12A registration for all donations, he will receive in future he should start section 8 Company.
2. Piyush want to operate PAN India he should start section 8 Company.
3. Rajesh wants to a strong, stable and long lasting structure he should.

Disadvnatage
1. More Expensive.
2. Difficut to change object easily.

Society is an systematic group of persons with an aim and objective of providing non-profitable service. Rajasthan Societies Registration Act, 1958, specifies the procedure for society registration and operation in Rajasthan. Society can be registered with the juridictional Registrar in which district the Society is expected to be established. After registration, the Society will have legal recognition.
